
Naomi Shinonaga
After leaving her first company upon graduating, Naomi moved to New York alone. There, she was involved in launching new business ventures and worked in marketing for a major Japanese department store.
In 2013, she joined Stripe International Inc. as Division Head and Creative Director of the "Koe" brand division. She led the entire process from brand development and product planning to operations, promotions, and PR. In addition to fashion, she also launched and managed new ventures in the restaurant and hotel sectors.
In 2020, she joined the Real Estate Division of Daimaru Matsuzakaya Department Stores Co., Ltd., and was seconded to PARCO Co., Ltd., where she was engaged in planning and development for real estate projects.
Since 2021, she has been working as a freelance creative director, while also contributing to regional revitalization efforts in her home prefecture of Ehime.
She holds an MBA from Waseda University Graduate School of Commerce and studied at ESSEC Business School in France.
Rena Genz
After graduating from university, Rena moved to Paris, France, where she worked at a creative agency involved in PR, design, and distribution.
Upon returning to Japan in 2013, she joined the launch of a new hotel project at Murakamijyu Co., Ltd., a company with a 130-year history, serving as Director. She was responsible for a wide range of roles, from operations to public relations. Afterward, she became independent and launched her own business, specializing in hotel branding and concierge services for hospitality clients.
In 2017, she became CEO of Aid Inc., a Tokyo-based company offering branding services for hotels, clinics, and salons. In 2024, she founded GENZ INC., which plans travel content and events for international brands and high-net-worth individuals. Through this venture, she continues to share Japanese culture and products with a global audience.
She holds a degree in Literature from Japan Women’s University.
