Changes and Order Cancellation
As a general rule, changes or cancellations due to customer convenience are not accepted after an order has been confirmed.
Returns and Refunds

However, in the unlikely event that a defective product is delivered or an item different from what was ordered is received, we will accept a return and issue a refund.
To verify the condition at the time of delivery, we may request photographs of the packaging.
Please retain all packaging materials until confirmation is complete.
Returns will only be accepted if the required procedures are completed within 5 days of delivery.
Cases Not Considered Defective
The following conditions are not considered product defects:
Natural characteristics of wood
To preserve the natural texture of the wood, gaps, scratches, knots, cracks, holes, or color variations may be present. These are inherent qualities of natural materials and not defects.
Knots, color unevenness, grain variations, dents
These are natural characteristics of wood and do not constitute defects.
Differences between product photos and actual items
While we strive to accurately represent colors and textures, differences may occur due to monitor settings, screen brightness, device type, or lighting conditions during photography. Such differences are not considered defects.
Minor scratches or dents during handling or transport
Despite careful handling, minor surface marks may occur during assembly, packaging, or shipping. If these do not affect usability, they are not considered defects.
Damage caused after opening or use
Any damage or staining that occurs after opening or during use by the customer is not considered a defect.
